I am looking for a town that has dolphins that frequent the open water. I want to be able to have a house where I can walk down the street and see Dolphins in the ocean or bay ! Thanks.

the dolphins are between the peoples arms and legs, the negative space like the shadows as well

You wrote that your friend showed you a picture of a bottle that have a variation of the optical illusions that basically can be viewed two ways.

Thats amazing,but where are dolphins, i can just see the couple in this pic.
