How To Change Folder Name in Android

You can create folders to store your shortcuts in your Android phone’s home scree. However, I was trying to change the folder’s name and it took me forever to discover this. Turns out, you need to first open the folder, and long-press on the title bar (it should say “New Folder” at this point). It’ll then prompt you to change the name. Urgh. Not very intuitive.

How To Disable GTalk (Google Talk) On Your Android Phone

I wanted to use both Windows Live and GTalk while on my Android phone, and I didn’t want the default GTalk app to run anymore, since there wasn’t much of a point running two apps for that when one would do. It seemed like there were only 2 popular apps in the market for this – Fring, and Nimbuzz, both of which were free. After installing both, I decided to use Nimbuzz on my Android phone because it had a

I Got The Best iPhone Alternative

So I got tired of constantly having to battle with jailbreaks, the incompatibility of jailbroken apps, the inability to sync with multiple computers, and the overall slow speed of my iPhone 3G. The video below’s just some proof of that: And so I sold my iPhone and upgraded. Android? Blackberry? Pfft. I upgraded to the Motorola F3, a great indestructible phone that I got off eBay for about $20. No kidding. Drawbacks? Well, it won’t let you run the latest

Video Preview of Windows Phone 7

Microsoft has just recently released its latest phone OS, named Windows Phone 7. What’s interesting is how the multitude of phone OSes such as the iPhone OS, the Blackberry OS, and the Google Android OS has created this environment of competition and innovation. Ultimately though, the winner will be the consumer because of all the newest, latest toys and gadgets that will be in the market. Because of this, I think brand loyalty does not have the strength that it
