I’ve decided to start learning the Malay language, and to do so, I took up lessons both in school and with a friend.

So…

Sekarang, saya menuntut Bahasa Melayu.

Heh

I think it’s important to know Malay because Singapore alone has a significant Malay-speaking population, not to mention the neighbouring countries which speak Bahasa Melayu as their national language as well.
